Loving Little Ones Daycare specializes in the care and education of infant through 12 years old. To enroll your child at Loving Little Ones Daycare a scheduled tour and interview is necessary. Please contact me to schedule an interview and a tour of the home.

The first interview is conducted after hours on a weekend evening, Friday through Sunday. An appointment is necessary, so please contact me in advance to schedule. You are welcomed and encouraged to bring your child with to the interview. At this time, you will meet with the provider and tour the home. This is also a great opportunity to ask any questions or concerns that you may have.
Enrollment Packet: Registration Forms, Health Forms, Parent Handbook, Immunization Card, and Facility information. An updated Immunization Card is also required.The Enrollment Packet must be completed before care is to begin for your child.
ALL Infant Rates WILL Include Us Providing The Necessary Provision Of Formula, Diapers, Baby Wipes, Baby Food, Cereal and Ointments.
CURRENTLY WE USE ENFAMIL FORMULA, GERBER BABY CEREAL/FOOD, AND HUGGIES/PAMPERS DIAPERS AND WIPES.
*BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE ALONG WITH OTHER TYPES OF CARE ARE NEGOTIALE AND WILL BE SET DURING THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS.
**YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REDUCED RATE WHEN YOUR CHILD IS FULLY TOILET TRAINED AND ABLE TO BE SELF SUFFICIENT WITH TOILET NEEDS.
*There is a Three Day Minimum on Part Time Care
Full-time care includes up to 12 hours per day or 60 hours of childcare per week. Our weeks run Saturday - Friday. There is no additional charge for evening, weekend or overnight care unless you exceed your allotted 60 hours a week. Hourly charges apply for each hour over the 60 hours. Hours must be submitted the week prior to care. Last minute requests may be made, however are not guaranteed.
Part-time care includes up to 8.5 hours of childcare per day. Hourly charges apply for each hour over the 8.5 hours. All part-time families must submit a schedule the week prior to care. Hours not included in the schedule cannot be guaranteed if not requested the week prior. In addition, families are charged for the time requested- even if it is not needed last minute. This is to ensure that a spot is reserved, and that LLODC maintains all state required staff:child ratios.
All federal holidays have been taken into consideration when determining the fees for the 2009-2010 Year. Regular fees still apply.

*Note To Parents - A full or part time position at Loving Little Ones Daycare can NOT be held for any length of time unless you have paid your security deposit, enrollment fees, and first tuition payment and have turned in all paperwork necessary. Tuition Information:
Our tuition is paid on a pre-pay basis which means you must pay before your children can play. You are required to pay even if your child is not here because you are paying for a slot not per attendance. Tuition is NON REFUNDABLE once paid as this is put to use immediately for diapers, baby food, formula, baby wipes and more.
Payments of childcare tuition are due on Friday before 10AM or the 28th of each month Before 10AM.
If you wish to set up other payment arrangements, just speak with me privately and we will work something out.
PARENTS: You will be reported to Provider Watch for failure to pay on time, give proper notice or if you bounce checks often.
Definitions:
Infant - any child between 2 weeks and 12 months old
Toddler - any child 13 months to 36 months old
Preschool - Any child 37 Months - 48 Months Old
Kindergarten - Attending Kindergarten
School Age - Any Child in 1st Grade and Up

Full Time Care - 4-5 days a week / 8.5 - 12 hours a Day / 38 - 60 hours a week
Part Time Care - 2-3 Days a Week / 4 - 8 Hours a Day /38 hours or less a week
Drop In Care Temporary - Using our services once or twice a week for 4-8 hours a day
Drop In Care Permanent - Using our services 4-8 hours a day; 1-2 days a week regularly.

**All additional fees are due in cash the same day as they are incurred and are paid at pick up. ~NO Exceptions!~
Failure to Sign In/Out: There is a $10.00 per incident charge for parents who continually fail to sign their child in or out.
Late Payment: (Payment is due by 10AM - At 5 PM on Friday Or At 5 PM on the 28th of each month the late fees begin.) You will be assessed a $20.00 a day charge.
After 2 Days of Non-Payment you will not be allowed to bring your child to daycare until all charges are brought current. After 3 days of non-payment, you will be terminated, your spot filled and collection process begun. After 7 days of non-payment, court proceedings will be started. Parents will be held responsible for all costs associated with collections, court costs, missed work wages, and late fees. See our Policies Page for more information on this policy.
Late Pick Up: A $20.00 flat fee will be charged 15 minutes after stated pick up time and then $3.00 a minute after that. This is a courtesy fee - Meaning, we will not charge the fee for courteous customers. Interested in knowing more? Just ask!
Cost of Living Increase/Handbook & Contract Update:
Each year on August 31st, Loving Little Ones Daycare will take a cost of living increase in fees. We do give a 30 day notice before this fee increase happens. Also your financial contracts will be required to be updated and signed, your yearly deposit must be paid - this goes towards new equipment for the children - and the daycare handbook will be updated and you will receive your new copy.
Payment Options:
**ALL DEPOSITS, ENROLLMENT FEES AND TUITION PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID UPON ENROLLMENT OR BEFORE YOUR CHILD'S FIRST DAY OF CARE. THIS ALLOWS US TO PURCHASE YOUR CHILD'S NAP MAT AND OTHER NECESSARY SUPPLIES LIKE DIAPERS, FORMULA, AND SUCH.
NO CHILD WILL BE ADMITTED INTO CARE - EVEN FOR A TRIAL DAY - WITHOUT THESE FEES BEING PAID IN FULL.
Payments may be made in three different ways. Each way is done differently and each family has to pick what payment method works best for them.
Your options are:
